Without a room key, we couldn’t retrieve the elevator to get us back to where we needed to go for a new key. The first floor is for the pool, the gym, and a board room and all doors were locked.
I let the kids push the button on the elevator, not realizing they had pushed Floor #1 instead of #2, so when we stepped out it was on the wrong floor. We accidentally left our key card in the room when we stepped out in the hallway to the vending machines, so we had to take the elevator downstairs for another one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE!!!! 1st Issue - I had to come to Lake Charles for a doctor appointment, so I booked a room for me and my kids to stay the night here.
